April 16, 2018 (Ridgewood, NJ) – Advisors Capital Management (ACM) is pleased to announce that Kevin Kelly has joined the firm as a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager. He will also serve as a member of the Investment Committee.
Before joining ACM, Mr. Kelly was a portfolio manager at Verition Fund Management in New York, NY where his duties included managing a long/short portfolio. Prior Mr. Kelly was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs and a research analyst at Oak Hill Advisors.
“We reviewed over 800 applicants to find Kevin and couldn’t be more thrilled,” said David Lieberman, the ACM partner heading the interview committee. “His broad knowledge of the credit markets and his tenure with some of the most respected financial and educational institutions will make him an immediate contributor to our investment committee.”
A native of South Florida, Mr. Kelly is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He lives with his wife Janice in Manhattan where Kevin is a mentor for high school students and tutors GED candidates. He is also an endurance challenge competitor including three Toughmudders, and enjoys spending quality time with his large family.
